Terms & Conditions Appointments shall be made on a Three (03)-Year Contract Basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan according to organizational requirements. Candidates may apply for multiple positions by submitting separate online applications along with the prescribed PKR 1,050/- (Non-Refundable) Screening Test Fee for each position. The fee covers application processing, computerized screening assessment, candidate verification, recruitment administration, result processing, and candidate management services; therefore, a separate fee shall be applicable for each position applied for. Recruitment shall be conducted strictly on merit through screening tests, interviews, medical examinations (where applicable), and document verification. Candidates possessing foreign qualifications must produce a valid HEC Equivalence Certificate at the time of verification, where applicable. Original documents must be presented during the interview. Submission of false information, forged documents, concealment of facts, or the use of unfair means during any stage of the recruitment process shall result in immediate disqualification and may lead to legal or disciplinary action under applicable laws. Candidate information and submitted documents shall be used solely for recruitment purposes and handled with appropriate confidentiality. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in any stage of the recruitment process. Caltex Petroleum Limited reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, modify, postpone, or cancel any advertised post or the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. How to Submit the Online Application Apply online exclusively through the SAAB Recruitment Portal at www.saabpak.com. Complete your online profile, upload the required documents (including CNIC, recent photograph, educational certificates, domicile, experience certificates, and other relevant supporting documents), and submit your application. A PKR 1,050/- (Non-Refundable) Screening Test Fee Challan/Invoice will be generated automatically and must be paid before the application closing date. Applications shall be processed only after successful fee verification, while incomplete, unpaid, or late applications shall not be considered. Roll Number Slips, test schedules, test centers, results, interview schedules, and all subsequent recruitment updates shall be made available through the applicant dashboard and the SAAB Recruitment Portal. Candidates are advised to regularly visit www.saabpak.com for important announcements and recruitment updates. The tentative schedule for screening tests, interviews, and further stages of recruitment shall be communicated through the applicant portal after the application closing date.
