Skill & Aptitude Assessment Board (SAAB) (“SAAB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) follows a transparent
and consistent refund policy in order to maintain fairness and administrative integrity.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise explicitly stated:
All test registration and processing fees paid to SAAB are non-refundable and non-transferable
Fees once paid cannot be adjusted against future tests
Payment of fees confirms the candidate’s acceptance of SAAB’s Terms & Conditions and testing procedures.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
Test cancellation initiated by SAAB without rescheduling
Duplicate fee payment due to a system error
Payment deducted but test registration not successfully completed
All refund requests must be submitted in writing along with valid proof.
3. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
Candidate absence on test day
Failure to meet eligibility criteria
Disqualification due to violation of test rules
Late arrival or incomplete tests
Change of mind after successful registration
4. Refund Request Procedure
To apply for a refund (only in eligible cases), candidates must:
Submit a written request within 7 working days of the test date or payment issue
Provide proof of payment and registration details
Allow verification by SAAB’s accounts department
Requests submitted after the stipulated time will not be entertained.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days
Refunds will be made through the original payment method, where possible
Bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted
6. SAAB’s Final Authority
SAAB reserves the right to:
Approve or reject refund requests
Make the final decision regarding eligibility for refunds
Modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice
All decisions made by SAAB in refund matters are final and binding.
