Terms & Conditions Selected candidates shall be appointed in accordance with SEPCO's recruitment policy. Salary shall be offered according to the prescribed grade, qualifications, relevant experience, and company policy, together with applicable allowances, medical benefits, provident fund (where applicable), paid leave, professional training, annual performance-based salary reviews, and other fringe benefits. Initial appointment shall be on a contract basis for three (03) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements. Recruitment shall be conducted strictly on merit through the following stages: Screening Test → Assessment (where applicable) → Interview → Medical Examination → Document & Credential Verification → Final Appointment. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan according to organizational requirements. Any false information or forged documents shall result in disqualification. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria after document scrutiny shall be called for subsequent stages. Information regarding the written test syllabus/pattern, examination schedule, and other recruitment updates shall be published on the SAAB website before the examination. Applicant information shall be used solely for recruitment purposes and handled confidentially in accordance with applicable policies. How to Submit the Online Application Visit www.saabpak.com, register (new users only), upload the required documents, and submit the online application. Upon successful submission, a separate Screening & Assessment Fee Challan/Invoice shall be generated for each application. The prescribed non-refundable Screening & Assessment Fee of PKR 1,050/- covers secure online application processing, candidate identity verification, examination administration, computerized evaluation, merit preparation, and recruitment support services. Applications shall be considered complete only after successful fee payment and verification. The written test syllabus (where applicable), examination cities, Roll Number Slips, examination schedule, results, interviews, and all subsequent recruitment updates shall be available through the applicant dashboard and the SAAB website.
