Terms & Conditions Selected candidates shall be appointed on an initial Three (03)-Year Contract Basis (Non-Pensionable), extendable subject to satisfactory performance, organizational requirements, and applicable OGDCL policies. Attractive salary packages, admissible allowances, medical facilities, admissible leave, fringe benefits, professional training, and career development opportunities shall be provided in accordance with OGDCL Service Rules. The approximate gross monthly salary ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 110,000, depending on the scale of the post. Recruitment shall be conducted strictly on merit through Screening Test, Interview, Medical Examination, and Document Verification. A general age relaxation of five (05) years shall be admissible in accordance with Government policy. Government employees must apply through the proper channel with a valid NOC. Selected candidates may be posted at OGDCL's Head Office, regional offices, production fields, drilling locations, operational sites, or any establishment across Pakistan according to organizational requirements. Selected candidates must be medically fit and produce original educational and professional documents at the time of the interview. OGDCL and SAAB do not authorize any agent or intermediary for recruitment. Any false information shall result in disqualification and legal action. No TA/DA shall be admissible. OGDCL and SAAB reserve the right to increase, decrease, redistribute, postpone, or cancel any vacancy or the recruitment process, wholly or partially, at any stage without assigning any reason. After successful submission, a PKR 1,050/- (non-refundable) Screening Test Fee Challan/Invoice will be generated automatically. The fee covers secure online application processing, computerized screening, nationwide testing arrangements, and independent merit-based assessment conducted by SAAB. Applications shall be considered complete only after successful fee payment and verification. Screening Test syllabus, Roll Number Slips, test schedule, results, interviews, merit lists, and other recruitment updates shall be published on www.saabpak.com. Screening Tests are expected to be conducted in major cities across Pakistan, and the allotted test center shall be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.
