Terms & Conditions Selected candidates shall be appointed in accordance with KEPCO's recruitment policy and the terms applicable to the respective position. Salary shall be determined according to the prescribed grade, qualifications, relevant experience, and company policy, and shall be accompanied by applicable allowances, medical benefits, provident fund (where applicable), paid leave, professional training, annual performance-based salary reviews, and other fringe benefits. Initial appointment shall be on a contract basis for three (03) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements. Candidates may apply for multiple positions by submitting separate online applications and the prescribed Screening & Assessment Fee of PKR 1,050/- (non-refundable) for each post. Recruitment shall be conducted strictly on merit through Screening Test, Technical/Professional Assessment (where applicable), Interview, Medical Examination, Document Verification, and any other evaluation process considered necessary by KEPCO. Selected candidates may be posted at any KEPCO office, operational facility, or project location within Pakistan, as required by the Company. Original documents must be produced during the selection process. Any false information, concealment of facts, or submission of forged documents shall result in immediate disqualification and may lead to legal proceedings where applicable. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in any stage of the recruitment process. KEPCO and the Skills & Aptitude Assessment Board (SAAB) reserve the right to increase, decrease, modify, postpone, or cancel any advertised position or the recruitment process without assigning any reason. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be called for subsequent stages of the recruitment process. Applicants shall upload their CNIC, recent passport-size photograph, educational certificates, experience certificates (where applicable), and all other required supporting documents before submitting their online application for the desired position(s). Upon successful submission, a separate Screening & Assessment Fee Challan/Invoice shall be generated automatically for each application. The prescribed Screening & Assessment Fee of PKR 1,050/- covers secure online application processing, candidate identity verification, screening, assessment administration, examination management, result processing, and other recruitment support services. Deposit the prescribed fee through the designated payment channels on or before the closing date. Applications shall be considered complete only after successful fee payment and verification. Eligible candidates may download their Roll Number Slips from their applicant dashboard as per the announced schedule.
