provided by Skill & Aptitude Assessment Board (SAAB) (“SAAB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
SAAB is an independent testing and assessment organization providing services including, but not limited to:
Recruitment and screening tests
Admission and entry tests
Aptitude and skill-based assessments
Institutional and customized testing services
SAAB conducts assessments on behalf of institutions and organizations and does not guarantee selection,
admission, or employment.
2. Eligibility
Users registering for any test or service must:
Provide accurate and complete information
Meet the eligibility criteria defined by the concerned institution or test
Ensure compliance with all instructions issued by SAAB
SAAB reserves the right to cancel or reject registrations containing false or misleading information.
3. Registration and Test Fee
Test fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise
Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment
SAAB is not responsible for delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment providers
4. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must:
Follow all test instructions, rules, and schedules
Maintain discipline and ethical behavior during assessments
Refrain from cheating, impersonation, or use of unfair means
Violation of rules may result in test cancellation, result annulment, or disqualification without refund.
5. Test Conduct and Evaluation
SAAB may conduct tests in online or physical formats
Question papers and evaluation schemes are designed by subject experts
Test results are compiled through standardized evaluation processes
SAAB reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify tests due to unforeseen circumstances
6. Results and Rechecking
Results published by SAAB are provisional unless declared final
Rechecking or review requests may be submitted within the specified timeframe, subject to applicable fees
Re-evaluation does not guarantee a change in result
7. Intellectual Property
All content, test materials, questions, logos, and branding used by SAAB are the intellectual property
of SAAB or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of SAAB services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data
is collected, stored, and protected.
9. Limitation of Liability
SAAB shall not be held liable for:
Technical failures or disruptions
Network or system downtime
Errors caused by incorrect information provided by users
Decisions made by institutions based on SAAB results
SAAB’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount of the test fee paid.
10. Amendments
SAAB reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
